Carling FA Cup Promotion

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

The personal data provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.lwc-drinks.co.uk/privacy-policy/. From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion and contacting entrants (as necessary) and/or fulfilling the prize(s).

Only open to residents in the UK, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any company in the LWC or Molson Coors LTD group and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.
HOW TO ENTER - follow the steps below:
i. Purchase either a Carling 11g or Carling 22g during the promotional period.
There is a maximum of one entry per person/outlet. There are 2 prizes to be won. 1 prize per winner. Prize is x2 FA Cup match tickets.
Applies to qualifying Carling branded SKUs during competition period. Prize draw includes purchases of Carling 11g and Carling 22g (subject to availability). Purchases must be made between 00:00 on 23/01/25 and 00:00 on 17/02/25 to qualify.
Promotion opens at 00:00 on 23/01/25 and 00:00 on 17/02/25. Entry is limited to one entry per person/outlet.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Primary prize winners will be the first and second entry drawn at random from all qualifying entries during the week commencing 17/02 after the competition has closed. If winners cannot be contacted within 5 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select a new winner and so on until a winner can be contacted who will take up the prize.
By entering, the winner consents to such information such as their first name and address county being disclosed upon request.
There is no cash or other alternative to these prizes in whole or in part. Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.
The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.
These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.

ii. Purchase a keg of Heineken® Original, or Heineken 0.0 during the promotional period and receive 2 points.

iii. Purchase packaged Heineken® Original, or Heineken 0.0 during the promotional period and receive 1 point.

iiii. Confirm your entry via the QR code on relevant marketing materials or visiting www.plus.lwc.co.uk/f1.
iiiii. Confirm your acceptance of the promotion terms and conditions.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or delayed entries, such entries will be void. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non-receipt or the late receipt of message due to postal operator or network failure or for any associated costs to entrants.
There are 8 prizes to be won. Primary prize is a pair of Paddock Club^TM premium day tickets to the British F1 Grand Prix at Silverstone on Sunday 6^th July 2025. Secondary prize is a pair of Paddock Club^TM day tickets to the British F1 Grand Prix at Silverstone on Friday 4^th July or Saturday 5^th July. Paddock Club^TMis a full hospitality experience with food and drink included from your seat above the drivers garages.

There are three prizes to be won for Friday 4^th July and another three prizes to be won for Saturday 5^th July. Winners will be the first six entries drawn at random from all qualifying entries during the week commencing 02/06/25. Allocation of tickets is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. A travel allowance of £150 will be given to winners during the prize fulfilment process. (Winners must consent to give their bank account number and sort code to the prize fulfilment agency in order to receive the BACs transfer).
